Conflict Resolution
Mediation
Wherever 2 or more people are involved in any way, tensions can arise leading to difficulties or conflict. When this isn’t resolved it can spiral into anger, hurt, pain, resentment and further conflict.
This might be at work or in our personal lives.
It might be between colleagues, friends or family
It might involve 2 people, a small group or a whole organisation
If you find yourself in a situation that you are struggling to resolve, that is escalating, or stuck, or in some way disrupting your life and possibly those around you, then it is a good time to ask for outside help.
Perhaps you are part of one of these
- Family struggling or in crisis
- Couple wanting to stay together
- Couple wanting to get divorced
- Parents and adult children with difficulties between them or who have fallen out
- Parents wanting help with parenting or co-parenting
- Grandparents having trouble with access to grandchildren
- Siblings who have fallen out
- Partners who are struggling to work together
- Colleagues with tensions between them
- Team in conflict or with difficulties
- Manager wanting to be more effective
Or perhaps your situation is different
If you want more peace, harmony or collaboration please get in touch
Crucially, dispute resolution can be a way of solving a conflict without having to go to court and incurring the costs that this involves.
