I have over 20 years of experience in personal development, training and advising entrepreneurs, and bringing up children. I started my training as my children started leaving home and am passionate about helping others enjoy their lives more by sharing the wisdom and training that has been given to me.

My belief is that this should be available and appealing and affordable for everyone who wants it, and so offer tailored individual coaching and/or mediation as well as group facilitation in the form of Life Clubs and Action Learning, so that each can choose what suits them best.
